At hostshift.in, we strive to provide top-quality web hosting services. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our web hosting, reseller, and master reseller hosting plans. This applies if you have a technical issue with our server and we are unable to resolve it.
- Refunds After 7 Days: Cancellations made after 7 days are eligible for a 50% refund of the total plan amount. Please note that this 50% refund applies only to users who purchase a 1-year plan.
- Web Design & Setup: No refunds are provided for Web Hosting Website Design or Server Setup once the work is completed.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are strictly non-refundable:
- Installation fees, VPS, and Dedicated servers.
- SSL certificates and software licenses.
- Custom software installs.
- Hosting themes or templates purchased from hostshift.
- Setup fees charged for the initial configuration of services.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: To request a refund, please contact our support team via support@hostshift.in within the first 30 days of your subscription.
- Details Required: Provide your account details and a clear reason for the refund request.
- Processing: Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Termination and Cancellation
- Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel at any time. Refunds will be issued based on the 7-day guarantee or the 50% rule for 1-year plans as mentioned above.
- Termination by Hostova: We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion. In such cases, a pro-rated refund for the unused portion may be provided if applicable.
